General Terms and Conditions in Bangladesh

Important: To place bets or play games for real money, you must open an account with us. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as outlined below.

The “JitaAce Rules” are the terms and conditions forming the complete, final, and exclusive agreement between the Account Holder (“you”) and Jita Ace, governing the contractual relationship. These rules override all previous agreements and understandings. By opening a JitaAce Account, registering, logging in, using the Services, participating in games, or accepting any prize, you fully understand and agree to:

a. Become a party to the Jita Ace Rules.

b. Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and will adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Jita Ace may update, amend, or supplement the JitaAce Rules at any time. Any substantial changes will be notified in advance and require your consent. If you disagree with the amendments, you will not be allowed to continue using the Services. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2. An “Account Holder” is an individual with a contractual relationship with JitaAce by creating an account on the Website.

3. A “JitaAce Account ” is an account held by an Account Holder for bona fide transactions, aiming to establish a commercial relationship with JitaAce and conduct betting and gaming transactions.

4. The “Contract” is the contractual relationship between JitaAce and an Account Holder, governed by the JitaAce Rules, i.e., the “Terms and Conditions.”

a. The “Governing Authorities” are the relevant authorities for Curacao.

b. The “Governing Law” is the law of Curacao.

c. The “Place of the Contract” is Curacao.

d. The “Regulator” is the Curacao Gaming Authority (Gaming Services Provider N.V.), the regulatory authority established by Curacao law to govern all forms of gaming in Curacao. More information is available at https://www.curacao-egaming.com/.

e. The “Website” is the internet gateway at www.JitaAce.com where all current and relevant information about JitaAce’s operations is published, and through which Services are provided to Account Holders.

f. The “Services” are the gaming and betting offers provided by Jita Ace to the Account Holder through the Website.

g. The “Gaming and Betting Duty” refers to the special tax on gaming and betting in Curacao.

h. A “Card” includes all types of cards with payment, charge, debit, credit, virtual, and similar functions.

i. The “Payment Solution Provider” is an intermediary acting as a payment agent for various payment methods.

j. A “Financial Institution” is a bank or other institution regulated by an applicable domestic financial services act or similar.

k. “Force Majeure” refers to any occurrence beyond reasonable control leading to a delay or default in fulfilling contractual obligations. This includes Acts of God, government restrictions, wars, riots, terrorism, fires, floods, theft, malicious damage, strikes, lockouts, and other causes beyond reasonable control.

l. The “Client Application” is the web browser application and mobile app (Android or iOS) used by the Account Holder to access the Services.

m. “Software” includes all software or apps (Android or iOS) used by JitaAce to offer, operate the Services, and run the Client Application.

n. A “Prize” is an amount, bonus, or reward that can be won by the Account Holder.

o. An “Inactive Account” is a JitaAce Account with no log-in or logout activity for over 12 consecutive months.

p. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, graphics, text, concepts, or methodologies (collectively the “Intellectual Assets”) on the Website, Client Application, and contained materials are the exclusive property of Jita Ace and/or its suppliers and partners. The Account Holder is not entitled to exploit or use any Intellectual Asset except as allowed by law.

6. Licenses

a. JitaAce is fully licensed in Curacao and regulated by the Gaming Services Provider N.V to provide fixed odds betting services.

7. Account Rules

a. An individual cannot participate in a game for money unless they are an Account Holder. To register as a player, an individual must personally apply and provide the following information;

b. Date of birth and valid identification proving the player is over eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (acceptable identification includes a valid identity card, passport, or driving license).

c. First and last name.

d. A valid email address.

e. A username and password.

8. Age Verification

Individuals applying to become Account Holders must confirm they are over eighteen (18) years old. Minors cannot register or hold a Jita Ace Account. JitaAce reserves the right to request additional proof of age and perform further checks. Accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

9. Confidentiality

All personal and confidential information provided to Jita Ace by its players remains confidential and is used solely within the Jita Ace system to improve user experience, not for commercial purposes.

10. Account Holder Warranties

An individual applying to become an Account Holder must also confirm the following:

a. They are a physical person (legal entities are not accepted as Account Holders).

b. They are not residents of restricted countries, including Afghanistan, Australia, Denmark, Estonia, Ethiopia, France, French territories, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Cambodia, Spain, Syria, Turkey, United States, U.S. territories, or Yemen.

c. They are not professional players in any sport, competition, or league where Jita Ace offers betting.

d. They do not have limited legal capacity.

e. They are not acting on behalf of another party.

f. They are not classified as a compulsive gambler or included in any excluded player database.

g. They are not depositing money from criminal or illegal activities.

h. They are not using a Card they are unauthorized to use or in a jurisdiction where betting and gaming are prohibited.

i. They are not conducting criminal activities involving their JitaAce Account.

j. They do not hold an active account with another legal entity in the same group as Jita Ace.

k. It is legal for them to use Jita Ace’s Website and Services in their country of residence.

l. They do not find the Website or Services offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent and will keep their account details up to date (first and last name, country of residence, valid email address, and phone number).

m. Only one account is allowed per player. Abusing promotions, opening multiple or fraudulent accounts, or violating betting policies will result in account locking and forfeiture of deposits without notice.

11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

An individual applying for a Jita Ace Account acknowledges and accepts:

a. All definitions and stipulations as stated under the JitaAce Rules; the JitaAce Rules as currently published on the Website, as well as any possible future changes to the JitaAce Rules; that the place of the contract is Curacao; and that the contract is governed by the Jita Ace Rules as published in English.

b. Any regulatory provisions or other decisions made from time to time by the Governing Authorities and Governing Law of the place of the contract.
